Cozy Products Return and Refund Policy
At Cozy Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for any returns or exchanges. Please review the following guidelines:
Returns Procedure
All returns must be authorized by Cozy Products before being accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Failure to obtain an RGA may result in delays or rejection of your return.
Conditions for Returns
Returns are accepted at the discretion of Cozy Products and are subject to the terms of our Manufacturer's Warranty. In addition, the following conditions apply:
- Products must be returned in clean, saleable condition at the purchaser’s expense.
- Returning goods are shipped at the purchaser’s risk. For your protection, we recommend insuring your package and using a trackable shipping service.
- The package must include the original Invoice, Packing List, or Receipt. Please pack the unit securely and clearly write the RGA# along with the shipping address on the package. The RGA# should also be included on any enclosed paperwork.
Authorization Requirement
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Cozy Products. It is essential to obtain an RGA before returning any product to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be issued for eligible returns in accordance with our Manufacturer's Warranty and the conditions outlined in this policy. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
Exclusions
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated during the return authorization process.
